3 mm kidney stone.
Today I got to know that I have 3mm stone in right kidney. How many days it will take to recover? I have exams from 5 Jan.

Hi Most kidney stones dissolve, in particular less than 5 to 6 mm. However u need to be cautious about renal or ureteric colic and if stones are single or multiple. Depending on history calcium phosphorus and further testing is advised

Drink plenty of fluids atleast 2 litres perday. watch for symptoms of renal colic.
