My daughter was advised to take junior lanzol 30mg tablet for 3 days for pain in upper stomach yesterday (it comes while she is playing),was about to start from today but she saying no pain today,is it safe to give even when symptoms aren't there.please help.her weight is 30.4kg and she is 9 yrs

My Gastric erosions are not going from last 7 months ..Showed a lot of doctors including ayurveda nothing is helping .
