My father having stomach pain, mild fever headache with mucus discharge  from motion passing place since 3 days. What must be the reason?

Sir my pelvic muscles are tight not able pass the stools. Is there any medicine to relax my pelvic muscles.

Respected Doctors, My age is 32 and since last 7 days i am feeling constipated and i am not having proper laterine at my regular time. Now i need to give a lot pressure and then also sometimes i fail for stool passing..if in stool succeed that will be in very less quantity and that too once in 2 day. Also i am having sugar and bp and i am tsking medication gluxitm5/500 and stamlo 5mg. Once i took castor oil tablet at night at that midnight i went to stool and it less solid and more of liquid...stomach is not paining..ehat should i do...is it something serious... Please suggest what it is and what should i do further

Hello, I'm having problem passing stool, for which I've already consulted doctor on practo and in medication But even then the problem is not sorted out, problem which I have eight now is - my stomach seems to be full in the morning even though I hadn't eat anything (I'm guessing it seems tobe bloating issue). I feel like there is somthing inside of my stomach which is stuck and needs to be clear but not able to pass the stool completely or having trouble passing it. These days it seems to be more troublesome as I m feeling little bit of pain on my lower abdomen (left side) beside of stomach. I'm worried if it is not serious issue. Hope for better diagnosis.

Inspite of doing all the right things,taking a good diet ,I am facing problem of indigestion. I have tried Triphala Choorna too.If I take Haritaki ,I have good but excess bowel movement.Everyday after eating food I feel indigestion issues.Constant Bloating.
