Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello from last days I getting less gas pass and heart burn ,acidity and sometime mouth watery n vomit looks like not any pain in stomach I so much stressed and think all times and some time stomach feel heavy .

My father was experiencing lack of appetite, nausea and fatigue. His reports were more or less within normal range but in the last report, his ESR was 104. Doctor started antibiotics for 5 days and it went down to 43. He has been continuing his meds for his IBS (it's been 10 days since). However, he is still experiencing nausea and a sensitive gag reflex while having roti at dinner. He is feeling extremely down because of it since mentally he's quite depressed also after my mother's passing two years ago and not being able to go out and meet people (he's a very social person). His USG and Colonoscopy were normal other than signs of fatty liver and pancreas. He is very lethargic but I have been taking him for morning walks. He doesn't enjoy walking as he gets tired but he seems a bit charged up when guests come over. There's some stomach cramps around the upper right side of abdomen. Are his issues a physical problem or mental?

My stomach bloats if i dont eat food after 2-3 hours and immediately stomach bloating goes away after eating. This situation has been for 1 month and still not fixed. I previously had gone to check with doctors he said me to eat 5-6 times a day. And he said it was some sort of infection that has caused gave me few medicine but still problem persist.

Since years, I've seeing that my overall body looked on a weaker side. On & off stomach pain, bloating, nausea, not-so-normal motions, weight loss were part of it. I was told many times that I have IBS(had taken medicines for the same). Since 1 year, things started getting concerning. Weight loss around 5-7 kg(visibly lossing body fats & muscles). Since last 5-6 months, extreme weakness and dehydration(though i drink plenty of water). 1 month back, my WBC came to 2800. 20 days back, had upper endoscopy, diagnosed with H.Pylori along with mild patchy lymphangiectasia. A 14 days Treatement for H.Pylori ended 2 days back. But what now for lymphangiectasia?? I know its extremely rare and needs dietary modifications(i've read it from internet). I'm looking forward for one specializied & experienced Rx who has handled lymphangiectasia cases in the past. I just want to live with a healthy body. I am 30years, but i look 20(this will make you understand how I look detoriated sadly.) Thanks

After having some outside food on Saturday.. I have cramps in my stomach with loose stools...feeling tired also. Please suggest me some OTC medicine

Hi, im having gastritis or acid reflux since 2 3 months. If i take pan40 or pantocid IT for few days it will be good but it comes back when I leave it. Some times there will sharp pulsating pain in upper abdomen and it goes if i drink lemon juice or some antacid. I did do upper gi endoscopy but it all came normal. Please suggest if i can continue take pan40 daily for long term or any other suggestions. Im not able to maintain small and frequent meals. And not able to maintain on time meals.

My endoscopy and biopsy report says I have intestinal metaplasia antrum with chronic gastritis and hpylori positive, in google intestinal can see it is not treatable or curable and it leads to cancer, please suggest me for further

Hi doctors, I have had pain in my left side of abdomen and flank region for last 15 days now. I did a urine test and found there were calcium oxalate so got myself a USG. In USG, there were no kidney stones found but the report stated " Visualised large bowel loops show features of significant circumferential mucous edematous changes " and impression was mentioned as acute colitis change. Apart from the mild pain in my left abdomen, I don't have any other symptoms. Please suggest what needs to be done.

Hi Sir/Mam, I have a small Pea sized lump near top of my anus. I had constipation and blood in stool before. But now i don't have any. It is soft and squicy..not painful..no pain while sitting too. Pic attached.
