Stomach Problems & Remedies

Yesterday morning my stool was normal but at night 1 piece of stool came with 5 6 dry pieces of black rounds. I am farting a lot . I had stomach pain day before yesterday. But not yesterday and now also no pain. When I studied in online it has been mentioned stool with mixed black blob  means cancer. But I feel hungry. I haven't vomit. My weight got increased by 2 kg.

I'm having burning sensation after passing stool..I went for laser surgery 2 days back. Is it normal ? What medicine should I take to get rid of it.

Pain in left arm it feels like something heavy I lifted yesterday it started from today morning ...right in the shoulder joint .. and one thing I have observed sometimes I get night fall at that morning my left side of the chest pains for few minutes after I wake up the pain goes away sometimes ... and one more thing when every I get tense I feel like vomiting....I just wanted to know with whom should I consult gastro or cardiologists ... I am having hard stool since March 2021, due to which I was diagnosed with fissure. Fissure is healed now but I still have hard stool. I have been taking cramaffin. I am having light heaviness type feeling in right upper abdomen and right chest area. No pain either in abdomen or chest. Only heaviness and discomfortness. Previously 8 months ago i took ECG and TMT for chest pains which were both normal. I also now having something stuck like feelung in right sides throat. Due to this heaviness in abdomen, chest discomfort/heaviness at the same time stuck feeling in right throat. And also having right nose congestion and right sided headache. Please guide me why it is happening i am a 25 years old whose sugar and bp are normal. And i am constipated also.But this issue is causing trouble in my daily routine
