When should I take medicine called (mebeverine hydrochloride modified release capsule 200 mg) and how many dose per day...

When should I take medicine called mebicent 200 mg and how much dose per day? And for how long is it safe to take... This medicine was prescribed 2 years back for abdominal pain.

Hi, I am having problem in stool passing since a week...it takes lot of pressure to me for passing 2-3 stool. I was taking sugar medicine gluxit 5/500 but mistakely i took 5/1000 for few days. My diabetologist saying its due to dose difference. In between that 2 days back i took kayamchuran tablet for stomach clear and it happened very nice but just for that day next day again stool was not passing properly Pls suggest this is happening why?

My wife's bowel is not clearing properly.We have seen doctor, as long as she is on medication she is good post that again same issue. When her bowel is not cleared she felt pain on the right side of stomach near the waist and sometimes in the front side and also in lower abdomen. She has a history of pylonephrities in right kidney and also she was covid positive in May 2021. We are open to any type of medication.

I'm 82 kg female with 165 cm. I have started taking thyropace tablet under doctor's advice since last 15 days. I am on intermittent fasting I am only eating fruits & egg for breakfast I have completely cut down on sugar fried foods, junk food, maida etc.. And I eat only salad,vegetables for lunch. I try to drink 3 litres of water. I walk 10000 steps a day & try to burn calories I don't eat anything at night post my walking. I am facing constipation problem also I'm not able to lose weight it keeps on fluctuating from 82-83 sometimes 84 what am I suppose to do.. I have attached my thyroid test report . Pls advise

Bilirubin total 1.87 and indirect is 1.6 what it indicates kindly suggest the next steps.............
