I have severe gastritis and constipation post covid treatment. Gas gets trapped and then results in bloating, restlessness and in uneasiness. Constipation is also not getting cured

Hi, A month ago, one of my friend swalloed small  amerocan diamond which was there in his ring. There was no issue till now but now facing issues such as stomach pain, loose motion.. Is there a chance that diamond might have caused any side effects or it might have passed away from body.

What is cost of gall bladder removal surgery in Apollo, Fortis, etc. In Delhi? Is there any hospital that does belly button one hole surgery?

One week before i had my lft in which sgpt was 25, i was diagnosed with typhoid and had 1.125g ceftrixione amd tazabactum injection bd for 4 days, today i again gone for lft my liver enzyme sgpt has gone up to 68, other heads under lft are normal kindly suggest me.

Everytime a sense of bloating in lower stomach. Less urination since 10 days. And effortful urination. Less bowel movement. Heavy eyes. Lost mother 2 months ago. Stress and anxiety causes numb and cold extrimities and  Sleeping is disturbed. Feeling of heaviness in lower stomach even without eating. Should i consult a gastro specialist or a psychiatrist?

I had around 8 times loose motion since morning.. now only water is coming .. can I take rufigut 400, rifaximin which I have at home .. do I need to eat food before taking it? I am taking water to prevent dehydration. Thank you

Feeling nausea since wednesday. Vomitted 5 times on wednesday, after eating anything I feel like vomiting. No loose motions or no other symptoms, bowel movement is normal. But after having any meal I feel a strange discomfort in stomach and feel like vomiting. Last vomitted on wednesday but the discomfort in stomach exists. Also I was on some antifungal medicines for past 10 days like zorbax 500 and i win 100 and vozet 10(prescribed by a dermatologist for some fungal infection on my skin). Is this nausea a side effect of meds, also can i take any medicine for vomiting like vomistop or veloz d?( Tell me the dosage if that's ok)

Due to unhealthy food habit and mostly empty stomach she is having stomach ache. Please suggest some medication to overcome this problem, we can try that and if problem continues we can vist docter too.
