Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have a problem in stomach from past few weeks . If I ate something in any time of the day then whole day I can't eat and drink a single glass of water. My stomach is always feels like full. What should I do and what is exactly problem???

I am having symptoms like irretable bowel syndromes please suggest the doctor, going washroom 7 to 8 times a day

I'm having gastric problem and now my ears are start popping while burping what it will be.

My periods just started yesterday and I am having severe stomach burning sensation... I tried buttermilk, pomegranate juice, fenugreek seeds thinking it's heat... But nothing has made it subside. It's like a burning sensation above the stomach...

Hi Sir/mam, I had bleeding while passing motion for one or 2 days. Then it is fine. Felt some pain while sitting for few months back. Now it's better. But in posterior region of anus opening I can feel very small pointed thing, feels itchy while touching, and when I press that area feels little hard and pains rarely. Rarely I have constipation and bleeding while passing motion.

I can't eat oily foods when I eat oily foods my stomach gets  gas and I feel like vomiting , feel same in the morning while brushing teeth and my back pain sometimes and in left side of the chest

Facing stomach aches almost everyday it is a gastro issue have taken meds but it comes back again what is the further steps the scans have come clean with no issues. Kindly suggest
