Hpylori bacteria.infection.
I am having hpylori bacteria infection.
I was in medication somraj hp kit.
And meva c and nexprod40.
But still I have little mild plain at my stomach.
So I just wanna ask can I do my gyming.?exercise?
And soon I will b traveling abroad as I work abroad so traveling and food habits of abroad will effect me at hpylori.

Yes you can travel and do gyming. In India H pylori is very common, around 90 percent prevalence
