I am diagnosed with two gallstone 10mm and 12mm and fatty liver grade 2 should I remove gallbladder or there is any other option to remove stones and what is the treatment for fatty liver grade 2. Pls help 🙏

Four Spoons of Isabgol 3. One capsule of becosule daily at night before going to bed from last 1 month but my situation is almost same. Hi, I have GERD and also continuous sneezing, stuffy nose, runny nose etc., Due to this , i am afraid to take COVID vaccine. Currently i am not undergoing any treatment for GERD and sneezing.
