Sometimes my wife feel very heavy and got stomach and back pain, also difficult to breathe at that moment.. last night she was facing the same problem and after that she got tramadol injection and sleep.. can you please suggest the tests - where we can fine the root cause.. this might be gas problem or stone problem

My brother has a pain at right upper abdomen area( not in rib).it's not severe but it is mainly occur during any movement or if press the area. The pain is staying more than 30 hours and it reduces when out of mind.

Does hiatus hernia & lax les are one and the same or 2 different conditions? In endoscopy report taken 4 months back it was mentioned as hiatus hernia. In the recent report it has mentioned as lax les. So I'm confused. Plz anyone clarify my doubt.
