Sonography done. Gall bladder physologically distanded and reveals an anechoic lumen . Other things showing normal, much pain also bloting and loose motions

So my father ages 60 years and have an elevated ALT/SGPT which is 106 U/L and also high level of AST/SGOT which is 99 U/L. The alkaline phosphate, serum is also high, 171 U/L. My father doesn't drink at all. His height is 5'11" and he weights 80 kg. I am very worried about his health! He has some skin issues for which medication is going on. Is this higher than normal level very critical ? What next should I do?

Gas, bloating, indigestion, diarrhea, acidity, for almost one year, recently headache also, tried many doctors, low vitamin d, high uric acid ( change to low with 10 days of medicine) Weight loss , elevated LFT recently ( because of medicine?) It was normal in the beginning of the problems.and is fine with 10 days of ursocol tab.took sonography several times with normal results ( slightly gas offcourse), endoscopy ( results gastritis) colonoscopy normal.last medication Razo d cap 1-0-0 Normaxin tab 0-0-1 Ursocol 300 1-0-1 Evion LC 1-0-1 for one month, what to do next? Possible to help?

Hello please anyone can tell me is there really hard sideeffect of esomprazole i have read in google and youtube where people have written that they got panic attack hallucinations and withdrawal more heart burn from this medicines my doc gave me this tablet please let me know iam scared

Three months ago I had done USG test . In report there is no sign of gall bladder stone. But recently from last month I had faced right uper abdomen pain occasionally. There is no constant pain. But it happens sometimes.there is no other problem. Can it be a gall blader stone ? Can be gall blader stone formed in 2 months?
