Two days ago, I ate outside at a wedding and since then I am having this burping issue which continues throughout the day. After every meal I start burping and it doesn't stop. I tried taking pantocid dsr and digene but got little relief. I have never had this problem before. Please suggest something

I am having fissure at 6 o clock position. Pain is on and off.. I am also taking laxative.. When I pass stole initially I pass little hard stool and later soft stool. I am not understanding why that happens. Can anyone suggest what can be done? I am having this fissure problem from past 1 and half months..
