Sir/Mam, From last 1 year I was feeling chest muscle pain and heaviness in the stomach.Normally feels good only after passing the stools/Motion. Later doctor said this is IBS and gave Librax tablet for 2 weeks.I saw drastic changes from the day 1 after taking Librax and body became very active.However after I stopped this medicine again the same issue persists.How can I cure this for permanently without the tablet dependency? Pancreas in stone in gall bladder so how to remove either medicine or surgery... If medicine means sent tablet name or surgery means sent me best hospital near vellore,chennai,etc...

Stomach discomfort and chronic diarrhea ( oily loose stool once in a week). Stomach discomfort when its empty, when not eaten from 5-6 hours. Akso it makes noise and i feel like burping. Please help what to do. Is it something serious. Problem from past 3 months.

Hello, I need an urgent consultation for my mother who is suffering from acute pain in stomach. She is currently on sedatives as given by emergency doctor of one hospital nearby my place. I have attached reports which shows that my mother is suffering from pancreatitis, gallbladder inflammation and issues in liver. Doctor has advised to get my mother admitted asap. As it's Diwali season, I am not sure if she'll be taken care of in proper manner in the hospital. I am in an opinion to admit her tomorrow, please advise on the severity of issues and can we admit her tomorrow? Below is her LFT report results that I couldn't attach here. SGPT - 169, SGOT - 186, alkaline Phosphatase - 150, GGT (Gamma Glutamyl) - 117. These levels are way too higher than normal range. Looking forward to your suggestion. Thank you so much 🙏

Hi, I was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis induced by gallstones so I went under gallbladder removal surgery on 19/10/2020. Post surgery, I always have some symptoms related to pancreatitis such as no weight gain, weeknees in legs but no pain in stomach. I am doing fine now days and having a good life style. I am planning for a routine checkup including MRCP test to access my pancreas status. I need suggestions if MRCP test can be done and is safe post gallbladder surgery.

I am diagnosed with antral h pylori infection. I am not sure how i got it. Question 1: My father has ileostomy and i keep emptying his bag, attaching new bag etc. Is it possible that i got it from him? is h pylori airborne? Question2: can i get reinfected(since i dont know if my father has h pylori) after complete eradication of h pylori? How to prevent re-infection?
