Small internal piles
Hello , I have detected with 2small internal piles is it nessesary to operate or it will go in its own .as sometimes i get problem while stool (no bleeding) just slight discomfort.

Take conservative treatment by a surgeon like laxative , sitz bath etc and wait.. it may go without surgery
