I have been feeling unwell, almost every morning I am puking water and have lost my appetite completely.

Hello Mam/Sir , today morning I noticed some red liquid in my poop ( photo attached ). I am not sure it is blood or not , I am having anus pain and discomfort from 2 days some hard lumps with soft stools. I had endoscopy and colonoscopy 20 days back all reports came normal just mild swelling in small instentine. Never had blood in my poop but today I got scared , please guide me what it is and if it's blood can be it because of anus pain discomfort hemarroids. Please guide me I am under medication also with antibiotics . Please suggest me I am little freaked out. Thanking you

My husband having bloating issue . Consult few doctor , they suggest few thing but did not work. Each night he face hurt burn issue , which laid to not sleep well, doctor have given antacid when he take this he feel better . But he don't want to get use of this . Want permanent solution. For the diet he used to eat 7pm and got bed around 10:30 And for diet he take limited food. Not much oily , Generally brekfast is bread omlet/dosa/chila Dinner :- chapati 2-3 or rice small quantity , with dal and subji Evening snack tea/ with biscuits and 7:30pm around dinner in that 2-3 chapati with sabji These are they diets we took on week day and on only day one time we use chicken/fish in lunch Please suggest me how to cure this . He do daily walk 3-5km How to loose weight also . Lipid profile attached .please suggest

This question is for my mother. She is 53. She's having dysentery for quite sometime(close to 1 month). Neither homeopathy nor allopathy seem to work.She follows a clean diet avoiding any spicy food and dairy products. She also takes medicines for diabetes and pressure. She's having pain in lower back and in lower body and she thinks it's from having dysentery. She didn't have lower back pain earlier as such. So my question is: 1) Is "lower back pain and lower body pain" a symptom of dysentery? 2) Does she urgently need to visit the doctor? (Thank you in advance for the suggestions)
