My stomach is paining like hell. Can't even sleep. Took all med related to gas. The pain is still on. What to do now. It's 3:15 in the night and I'm in pain

You need to be investigated with abdominal xray, USG abdomen and other blood investigations. Visit a local hospital ASAP.
