I am eating softovac last 7 days for Stool clearing . But after eating softovac my stool colour is dark and black . I have done usg whole abdomen it's normal and no abdomen pain . But stool colour black and dark mixing mucus type after eating softovac . Is it serious issue ?

This is not a serious issue. Softovac contain large number of ayurvedic ingredients which may impart such colour to stools.
