I am unable to get poop properly and regularly. Which led to tiredness and weakness Can you help me with medicine.

I'm getting stools in diarrhea type from past 20 days no solid stool. First 10 mins getting stomach pain below the navel part after that I'm getting urge to stool. I have already used probiotic . Why is this .? Please give me give information about this doctor

Sir / ma'am I had my routine yearly test done today by my company for general fitness, I found that my sgot sgpt Billrubin is high. I have no symptoms and have attached all report for your reference. Kindly let me know what is the cure/ disease. How should I lower it? Thanks

Hy i wanted to ask can drinking hot water cause loose foamy thick bubbly stools  without any blood or pain first i got normal stools like every day then today i got normal and then loose stools together i had cold last night allergic cold i drank half glass hot water and i also drink hot water in the morning everyday but i was not eating properly these days because of work i skipped meals and got constipated i aslo took few medicines antibiotics which was 625 mg with another medicine for some other problems but i didn't completed the course i only took 3 or 4 tabs i have done my stool tests few months back in May or june 2021 came back clear i also have ibs from childhood which was in control from few months because i changed my diet i had omlette and roti few times at night should I repeat my stool test i don't have any pain+ i get this loose stools sometimes once or twice a year whenever i eat something full of spices or during the time or periods dr told me i should drink more curd

Dear Doctor, I observed only when I consume non veg even one or two piece  I get very loose stools , kindly advise .? Does consumption of Thyroid tablet Thyronorm 50mg causes loose stools ?

Had Covid 8 days back. Now negative. Took Azee 500 antibiotic for 5 days for throat. Now I have loss of appetite. Not able to eat. And if I eat I feel pukish right after eating or drinking water Is it cause of the medicines I took is it a normal post COVID side effect

I often feel weakness and tiredness in my body and feeling digestion problem like gas , acidity ,dizziness and weakness . I also have bitter taste on my tongue especially after passing the stool. . I have gone ultrasound , lft ,kft ,CBC every thing is ok ... Sometimes feels dizziness ,often weakness also in my body . I also had deworming medicine but not much help after that also .. Please suggest ..
