Sir i have pain in upper right side of stomach it leaves only one day but it happens each months please suggest me

I've sharp dull pain near right quadrant lower abdomen frm last 3 days the pain in normal bearable frst 2 days i had blenching than i vomited what is it ?

Doctor I have gerd and past two month suffering from pressure on upper left abdomen at bottom of rib sternum area..my stomach throat gurgling constantly...

I am using cremaffin plus from last one year and I was reducing the intake depends on the situation. But if I stop it completely my stools become very hard and fissure pops up again . Please suggest the way to stop taking cremaffin plus and is there any side affects of using this for this long period ?

Over eat of food and alcohol (one day on the newyear) affected my stomach. short breathing and stomach full feeling and inflammated feeling. Please suggest tablets.

Hii my friend has a small hiatus hernia one of his endoscopy dr said there is no need of surgery and we have a procedure called anti reflux mucosectomy which can remove ur hernia by lazer and ur symtoms may go away, he has symtoms like chest pain breathing issues because of haitus hernia can any let us know if this anti reflux mucosectomy endo scopic procedure is worth doing....

I was diagnosed with GERD & ACID RELUX, I feel chest heaviness, gastric sensation in chest, short of breath, ectopics and a kind of pinch in chest or near heart after which I feel like non energetic I had all the tests and examinations done at Asian Gastroenterology, Hyderabad and they prescribed DELTON60 & NEXITOPLUS in 2017 I felt good for almost 1 year and again the same thing happened although I continued the same medicine Then I was prescribed Nexpro RD40 & placida then again I felt good for some time. Again it started, it will be more after breakfast and will be very high if iam driving vehicle, Is there any solution for this
