Hello Doctor, From yesterday afternoon I am facing upper back pain. I am guessing it is due to Gas as my stool is not cleared from last 2-3 days. Kindly help me what to do on this regard and if the pain is really bcoz of Gas or anything else. Thanks in advance.

My stool is black in color since last 3-4 times. I am under no medication or taking suppliments. I do have chronic constipation problem since childhood but stool is never so blackish. Is it something to be worried about? Do I need to see a doctor?

One day before i waked up innight sweating all over place, and cold sweat, then i felt body ache specially in my rib cage area.. Hi I was taking herbalife protein for 6 months.will this cause pangastritis.I did my endoscopy on September 4th it was showing pangastritis.

I diagnosed with fatty liver grade 1 with normal sized liver in 2/1/22. It's been 25 Days. Steatosis was 178 (Moderate) and stiff. was 7.3. We didn't get LFT test at that time because my doctor said to do LFT after a month. He said to avoid sugar, white rice, oily foods and do exercise. I joined gym and started strength and cardio. With all precautions in my diet. I ate only 2 times (which is my typical routine from childhood because I'm from village). Salad, Dal and black rice. I'm 5'7 (169cm) and I reduced my weight from 82kg to 74.60kg in 25 days. My target is 69kg. Today I got my LFT report which is showing AST 44 (Normal - 40) ALT 59 (Normal - 40) which is elevated. I think these must have been more elevated when I was diagnosed. Other things are normal. MY QUESTIONS - How many weight I need to reduce more to make these normal? and when to repeat test? How severe AST 44 and ALT 59 are?

Hi doctor, I am hypochondria anxities paitent and have lots fear of any cancer disease. I read about one person on internet who diagnosed with bowel cancer after seeing blood on stool. I gets sacred since i read this. I am watching my stool since then. I feel burning sensation after going loo second time a day. Stool size is also normal. Never seen blood. Did fectal stool test 2 year back and it was clear. There is no history of any cancer in family so far. Please suggest what should I do?? please  Try to understand my situation
