Stomach Problems & Remedies

Good evening doctors I m 32 years old. 10 hour working in office. But still walks arround 2-3 km by simple walking in the building premises. I have been suffering from bloating farting and snoring for last 15-20 days. Farting with loud noise more in evening and most in night arround sleeping time. And my wife told you snore in night too much. I have never snored ever .but for past 15 days, each night snoring happened. And my stomach is bloated in last 15-20 days and excessive farting. And also excessive itcching arround anus . Ithing there is small cut or teared so untill I touch it good once started itching then I feel to keep itching . How to deal with these . I m much worried.

I had vomiting 8 times today and having pain in stomach. Oxygen level is 98 ,pulse rate is 112 and temp is 100.3 Kindly suggest what to eat and some medications.

My weight was 36kg and i started gym to gain weight and started to eat more than usual and gained 5 kg but after few days whenever i eat food i start to feel vomit while eating and not able to eat resulting in weight loss i got depressed why this is happening to me. Then someone suggested me mashroomex powder i took it for 3 months which showed extremely positive result and i gained 12 kgs but when i stopped taking mashroomex powder same thing happened again feeling vomit while eating and loose all the weight i have gained. Today i noticed blood in my stool. It was attached to one end of a stool piece. I am attaching the picture for clearity. Please help i am really worried as blood in stool could be something series. Also i have some digestion issues especially when my stomach is empty it is very discomfiting. After eating discomfort disappears. What is it? Please help

From last 2 days i am having abdominal pain in upper center part of stomach. The pain is such that it increases sharply after eating anything or even drinking water for sometime. Also pain increase with body position. Suppose i am lying on back and then turn left or right it increases very sharply and slowly becomes mild. I have taken pantocid and gastrodac tablets but no major releif. Stool is blackish .

Hello , I have detected with 2small internal piles is it nessesary to operate or it will go in its own .as sometimes i get problem while stool (no bleeding) just slight discomfort.
