Hi I was diagnosed with Pangastritis.i don't have any symptoms except bloating sometimes.is there any medication needed?

My friend has been diagnosed with stone in kidney. Its been just a week when he experienced severe pain in the stomach and then we approached to doctor resulting this condition. There is little pressure difference while peeing as this stone is somewhere between kidney and peeing passage tube as doctor said. The report has been attached to the query. I just want to know what is the right way to get away with this condition. The doctor is saying that they can clear it our by just glucose pressure. We're just little afraid and don't know what to do, kindly suggest the best practice for the case.

Lscs date 14sep,2021. On 15jan2022 wound sinus exploration was done.The scar opened sinus tracked upto the peritoneum, multiple stutures and knots removed, sinus tract excised and scooping done,excised tract wall sent for HPE. In my biopsy report suggest granulomatous inflammation suggestive of tuberculosis.please advise

I took albendazole 400 on 25th and I knew I had to take it after 14 days but the dose didn't seem to work at all so I took the second dose today after 5 days on 30 ,did i do something wrong.(pinworm infection).

Daily I'm getting small pain before going the stools ,after the pain sensation coming the stool is coming urgently, and the stool is not forming into solid it is like a cow dung in shape , and colour of the stool is normal . This is from 10 days I took prebiotoc tablets but it didn't given an result, . Today afternoon I went to a function after eating heavy meals im feeling a light stomach pain continuesly . What it is ? What should I take to get better doctor ?

Last two three months I suffered with gastric problem...how it was cured I don't know. Some times I have taken pantaprazole. Now after three months I feeling gastric, afternoon I have taken red dal.
