Sir , I am 56 years old and have been suffering from stomach problems either loose stool or gastro acidity which causes sleepless nights.Thats why in some nights I have to take sleeping pills as prescribed by Doctors.But thing is that it is not remady.This was being happened since long.How I get recover from this stomach problems and sleepless night.pl advice

The answer is healthy lifestyle. The gas problem is primarily because of wrong eating, eating at wrong time, no physical activity, going to sleep immediately after eating, indulgence in Cigarette, Liquor, Spicy food, junk food.
