Hello my name is subhajit Chakraborty  I have been diagnosed with SGPT(ALT)  test level 56 . Not able to eat anything having massive vomiting tendencies and even puking  while wearing . Cannot eat non veg properly . Am eating only rice with papaya, oats and liquid. Eating fruits and all . I am willing to consult a doctor regarding my problem. I am literally scared about my condition due to which am not able to sleep . Am seeking help for my mental health now , if i maintain my food habits and the medicine prescribed by the doctors will i be fine again . Help help help !!!

U need to have ugi scopy along with usg abd and thorough examination to identify the underlying pathology...Are you married ?? Amenorrhoea ??

First elevated ALT is not diagnosis of any disease,here viral flu or even  ingestion of single tablet of  crocin can  cause such elevation.I am sure you might be suffering from fatty liver.So nothing to worry.
Next Steps
get HbsAG ,anti HCV test and Ultrasound of liver done,Assessment for why do you puke.Better to consult physician.Take ondem MD 4 mg twice daily for while
