ALT (SGPT), SERUM 131
Hi.. My alt sgpt serum result shows 131 in my lab report. Can you please suggest the reason and solution??? Awaiting for your response. Thanks

The common causes for a raised liver enzymes are alcohol abuse, NASH or fatty liver and hep c or b infection You must completely stop alcohol and get investigated for the above mentioned conditions There are other causes which will need to be ruled out based on clinical and lab findings
