Hi doctor i use to drink daily when ever i drink black RUM next day i poop dark brown not proper tarry, Also not able to fully empty my stomach size of poop is small and bloating. And little pain in right quardant of abdomen with a nausea feeling. What can be the reason?

My doctor suggested CBC - VCS technology and the results are showing lymphocytes at 47% (normal range 25-35 %), everything else in the report is in normal range. Is it normal?
