Hello doctor I ate spicy food containing chilli,when I ate chilli , I suddenly felt a tightness squeezing like feeling in middle of chest and neck what is the cause ? Is this anything related to heart?

I have loose motion since last night and I will be traveling today. What medicine can help me during the travel? I have entroquinol with me. Will that help?

My neurophysician had prescribed me dothip25 & Gabapentin nt. I have been taking these medicines for continuous 2 yrs. since then I suffer from severe indigestion & constipation. The more I take constipation medicine the problem worsen. Rifiximin 400. Pegalup setup. Fiber granules, crefamin.
