Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am a working professional, I am feeling low energy, less tendancy to work or study after every lunch even though I am not sleepy. Lunch normally include  wheat/ rice, lentils and some green and cooked vegetable / meat. How it can be minimised?

For last 5 month I was in weight loss journey and lost 23kg.But for past 2 month I suffer from constipation.I take laxative like cremaffin plus.When I use laxative I was able to poop otherwise constipation occurs.So I take laxative for every 3 days.How to get permanent cure from constipation?

I'm having GERD like symptoms. Acid reflux on a daily basis and burping very frequently even when stomach isn't full. Really bad coughing fits especially at night that sometimes lead to shortness of breadth and i have to mouth breathe for relief. I am always feeling like there's a lump in my throat and no typical coughing medicine has been able to help me. This has been happening for past few months, i initially ignored it since I used to live in a college hostel and didn't get proper diet but it's persistent now and I'm really worried about the continuous coughing fits. When i keep a sualin tablet or laung in my mouth only then I'm able to manage the cough and this I have to do about 7-8 times a day maybe even more. Please get back to me as soon as possible and let me know if i need a test done because it's really causing me a lot of trouble sleeping. (I don't know if it's relevant but i get panic attacks sometimes and when i do I cry a lot and thus cough a lot and belch a lot.)

I have a pinworm infection ,I took albendazole 400 single tab 3 days ago but i see no improvement at all ,now they are moving more frequently and I feel more itch than before,can i take another tablet now?

Hello sir/ma'am, I have been having very very frequent gas/acidity problem since few months, I keep on burping and my stomach tightens and my chest too tightens and sometimes because of it I have chest pain and stomach pain.
