Everyday morning i wake up with a bolated stomach, and during the day as well i do not feel fully comfortable, havig the stomach pain, chest pain and gut pain, i am unable to sit for a long period of time without taking a short stroll and only then i am able to get back to my work. The constant gas build up is causing me very uncomfortableness.

I was having acid reflux for past 1.5 weeks. Its very bad in the nights. also bit of headache in the night. I have been taking Pan DSR and Sucralfate syrup before meal. acid reflux seems to be coming down but stomach bloating and gas formation is there. its very uncomfortable. Please advise.

Hello, I have been prone to gastric and have been facing constipation from a long time if I recollect. I have a pure veg diet (mostly Jain food) No alcohol and no smoking. I need to understand if I have any specific issue and what is the long term solution to healthy life and stopping regular gastric and constipation.

Hi doc i am 27 from last 7-8 days i am feeling burning in chest which radiate to right side and left side and towards back, Now i am feeling pain while swallowing and burping in throat left side and in chest also which coughing pain is there, I drink daily and smoke 10-15 cig a day, Can you suggest what problem it can be?

Hi, I past I had rUTI so my doctor suggested for ish and ct and there were findings he said it is ok no need to worry for both kidneys and liver.
