Pancreas problem
I had a pain in middle of abdomen pain is more after eating food, got USG attached is the report its showing as gas in pancreas please advice further treatment.

It is not showing gas in the pancreas but that the "pancreas is obscured by intestinal gases". There is a difference between two statements.

Pancreas obscured by bowel gas means your stomach was full of gas so couldn't visualise the pancreas properly that's it.
You have grade one fatty liver.
Avoid alcohol.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Drink plenty of water.
Have low cholesterol diet.
Have him fibre diet.
Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
Start doing physical exercises on a regular basis.
Stop smoking if you do.
