I have attached a lipid screen report of myself..Is this a matter of concern and what should I do to treat it?

Hyy I'm suffering with acid reflux problem for 2-3yrs..it is not going permanently by taking lots of medication also help me how can I change my lifestyle to cure this problem permanently

I am suffering from abnormal defecation problems since 3 years. i have been diagnosed with pelvic floor dyssynergia through a balloon expulsion test and rectal manometry. These tests were done on recommendation of gastroenterologist from sgpgi, Lucknow. But i am not satisfied with the medications given because as far as i have read about pelvic floor dyssynergia, it is about dysfunctional pelvic muscles but the medicine is for constipation. and the medicines are for a course of 6 weeks .the doctor didn't give any precautions or exercises anything like that. i am really frustrated. what type of doctor should i consult? a gastroenterologist, a neurologist or any other?

Yesterday during lunch when eating gulab jamun and sugar syrup i suddenly had feeling of food getting stuck in wind pipe. Though i had no breathing difficulty or swallowing, i had sensation of reflex and lot of salivating left side throat..no pain in throat but itchy and reflex when speaking or deep breath till.night..  After coughing a lot and trying gargles, drink.lot of water, remedy like pudin hara, coke etc was still salivating. Then I took dinner normally and slept.. the sensation got better today .. but my voice has gone hoarse today , tongue pink And swollen but still feel lot of acidity like symptom, salivating and may be little feverish.. I took pan D just in case.. Please advise if this is case of acid reflux/ gerd or worry some?

Hi My husband has cough from last 3 months and he been taking a ayurvedic medicines for anti allergic and bronchitis. He is also taking Montair FX from last 20 days. His IGE was 1071 although from last few days he has been taking PAN D and his cough reduced a little. Still we do not know whether its reflux or allergy as he does not feel any acidity. Kindly guide
