I randomly feel throbbing pain like sensation on the right side of my lower waist. It's not in the front or back of abdomen but it's right on the edge of waist. I want to understand what could that be?

AST (SGOT) reading is 158, ALT (SGPT) reading is 110. Bilirubin is 1.1. Alkaline phospatase (ALP) is 150.

I used to have great digestion. But for a treatment I had taken steroids on and off for around 1.5 years. Post this my digestion has become poor. I get frequent bloating and indigestion. Last year in May I contracted covid and post treatment my digestion has become extremely bad. Almost daily I get either acidity or bloating. Off the counter drugs - PanD and gelusil/eno provide temporary relief but the problem comes back. Even if I eat home cooked food there is still discomfort.
