Hi Doctor(s), I am a 25 years old guy who have a daily routine of office work and my weight is 68 and height is 5.9ft. I often suffer from swelling in back of tongue due to acid reflux I believe, which makes me feel like something is stuck in my throat. Kindly suggest how to get rid of it.

Frequent Burping, Vomiting sensations as gas traps in throat, bloated belly. PS I am a smoker. (4-6 a day) I used to workout daily but stopped for a while, I do crunches and ab workouts in alternative days.

I am suffering from multiple duodenal ulcer from past 1 year. Undergone upper gi endoscopy 1 time and 2 times colonoscopy and result came as multiple duodenal ulcers . Past few months having excessive amount of gas with farting throughout the day .. constipation problem .. Heart burn after eating anything and throughout the whole day with acid reflux .. And also continuous pain in the middle of the chest throughout the day . I am now taking homoeopathic treatment . Plz suggest.

Hi, I past I had enlarged liver and abdominal pain and was advised to take vitamin e and bilypsa. Recently I underwent kub ct for kidney in report it was mentioned multiple calcified granulomas in right lobe. My doctor said it is due to previous injury nothing to be worried. Can it be resolved by medicine or will it go by it own, sometimes once in a while I feel very little pain in my right side of my abdomen.

I was detected with fatty liver grade 3 in my gall bladder stone operation in sep 2021. I was advised to consult again after doing test. Please let me know what tests to be done for fatty liver before consulting doctor. Thanks Prasoon

Dear sir Last june 2021 , I gone to hospital because abdominal pain. Doctor taken abdominal scaning and found liver enlarged 15.3 cm  and it is fatty liver decease. On 3rd 2021 , due to some weakness  agin visited doctor . He has taken al the tests ecg , echo, treadmill test and abdominal scan too. All are ok except liver which increased to 16.6 cm.i.e 1.3 cm compare to 7 months back report. He told daily exercise and morning walk. And given udliv150 tablets. By that tablet I felt some fatigue,burning in the stomach. That is why doctor asked me to stop that and regular exercise. I am doing same. Now I m feeling good. But in net browsing , I found that liver desease is life threat.and some news some celebrity died due to liver issue.that is why I am too scared. I am attaching my abdominal scan reports both. Present  hdl - 40 Ldl - 129 Vldl - 24 Sgot-31 Sgpt-38 Triglyceride - 122 kindly let me know how much threat I am having. Now on Kindly guid us Thanking you sir

My stomach is paining so much.. I had medicines for gas but pain is not subsided. There is a pungent smell whenever I'm passing stool. And also when I'm farting. Could it be because of worm or any kind of infection. What should be best for me now as I want to that pain would vanish.

Once in a while my anus will swell after passing motions. The outer lining of the anus will be swollen and it will recover in a day or two. But after a few days, it will happen again.

I just had a very small amount of blood with my first mucus.the other sputums/mucus i had in the morning were very normal.the first mucus i had it felt little red..should i be worried.there is no coughing..
