I couldn't visualise your USG report. Resend it. In the initial condition if the stones are very small then medical line of treatment may be possible.

Yes. It can be treated medically. It is possible that you get symptomatic relief but you may need surgery after a few months.

Can be treated medically, only in very early stages. If the disease advances and you are with symptoms, surgery is the better option.
