Hiatus hernia gerd
I had attached my endoscopy report l, in that 40cms, lax sphincter, mucosal prolapse+ what does it mean? But impression is hiatus hernia , gerd. I don't know more about these two diseases,But iam taking ppi's from 5months. When I stopped some times i feel like tightness in throat, unable to burp,stomach bloating and tightness,while taking medicle iam unable to sleep at night only three hours i slept after that no sleep is any thing relation between hiatus hernia,gerd and sleep.how long should I take these medicines?pleaes tell me is it big hernia or small by seeing endoscopy report? Will it cure completely?

Talk to gastrosurgery specialist. There are good procedures available with minimal hospital admission. You should continue PPI and prokinetics. Rest diet advice you already know. Some amount of head end elevation while sleeping is beneficial. Never lie down within half an hour of food intake.
