Loose motion recovery
I had faced loose motion and vomited once in past 3 days Now I have started feeling better, I'm recovering. My only issue is I feel light headed in the morning and I will be all fine by noon. Why is it that everyday in the morning I feel light headed feels very weak only in the morning Thank you

It's because of dehydration. A person looses lot's of electrolytes due to loose motion and vomiting. Drink ORS. 3 packets per day for 5 day's. Mix 1 packet in 1 little of water and drink ok . Keep your self hydrated .

Take cocunut water or enerzal. Like liquid twice a days.. Good hydration will reduce weakness
