Hi Doctors,
I'm 30yrs old from past few years I'm having digestive issue in the evening gas fill up my stomach and acidity sometimes heartburn. I have made lifestyle changes and it is really helping me. I want guidance now from doctor how I can keep gas and acidity away from my stomach. I have stopped eating outside food, no oily food, no pizza burgers, chocolate or junk food, I walk for 15 mins daily. I work for 8 hours a day sitting on computer may be that's one of the reason gas gets filled up. Pls help me to find the cure.

drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day.
avoid spicy and oily food.
don't over eat.
reduce your caffeine intake.
avoid alcohol.
stop smoking if you do.
don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
start some physical exercises on a regular basis.
add probiotics to your diet like yogurt.
don't take unnecessary stress.
don't over think.
