I'm suffering from bloating and gas since 1 year. I had consulted more than 2 doctors followed their suggestions but nothing happened and I'm still feeling bloated and gas. This is because of constipation which I'm already trying to control and it was almost cured but again it started bloating. I've also practised some yoga but it ended up causing pain in my lower abdomen. I also followed a strict diet and didn't consumed lactation as per suggested by the doctor. But still even after relaxation from constipation , my belly seems fat and puffy . Unable to identify it to be fat or continues bloating.
