I got fever on day before yesterday and extreme weakness and laziness for 2 days then I am suffering from pain in stomach, extreme gas and loose motion.

Fever with extreme weakness may signify viral fevers. Viral infection can also affect stomach and intestine. I suggest you take Tab Norflox Tinidazole,  Tab Loperamide, and Tab Pantaprazole D. Take adequate amount of fluids. Avoid tea and coffee. For detailed information please consult with me on Practo.

It might be a typhoid fever ... take adequate amount of water and do consult me for further treatment and advice ...avoid outside foods

take a cbc test and a blood culture for widal bcz normal agglutination test will be false negative in first week
