Hello doctors, my son is 7 yrs old ..from past 3 days he is having stomach pain...he was going loose stool but only once in a day..I gave enterogermina for 2days and still pain is continuing so I am Giving him cyclops medicine 3 times a day 5ml.. can u pls help my child to get rid of stomach pain..
