Pain in stomach and loose motion
Since last few days I have been having loose motions and as soon as I eat the lower part of the stomach starts feeling weird and pain with an urge to poop and the stools are always loose, please suggest any home remedies or a medicine . Thank you. (Going to the washroom almost 3-4 times a day)

Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy and oily food. High fiber diet. Consume probiotics.. curd. Reduce your caffeine intake. Do some physical activity. Avoide outside food. U need some medicines also.

Eat bananas more and avoid papaya. Try to eat citrus fruits more like oranges kennow. 3-4 times stools a day is fine. It might a little gut upset situation. Nothing to worry about. Have amul's probiotic curd with rice for dinner l. It will be fine

Hi., I can understand your concern It can be due to AGE You need to take probiotics. Take tab bifilac 3 times a day before food for 5 days. Add fibres and curd in your meals.
