Hi i am mohammed imran sir suffering from piles heavy bleeding from 2 years many medicines i have taken ayurvedic but even though no its not cured small like a lamph is outside its not paining or in walking sitting no problem but its bleeding inside like wounds are there please suggest best medicine.

I m feeling burning sensation at the back. Sometimes upper area and sometimes between shoulder blades. Tenderness is there. Is there any problem in esophagus or issue is related to something else.

I have been having constipation and I was having regular bowel movements before not it's small quantity how much time it takes to heal constipation. Hello I had regular motions everyday then I got uti a doctor gave me camyda 300 after taking that my whole abdomen was in pain and then I consulted another doctor she gave me proper treatment but my abdomen pain never reduced so she kept on prescribing me more thinking that infection was resistant turns out the infection was gone and sonography was normal but I was diagnosed with mild chronic gastritis and lower right abdomen pain is still there is it possible for antibiotcs especially 500mg everyday to cause gut issues after the course is completed cause I even during uti I had no severe symptoms except discharge and frequent urination but after these many meds I felt off although my reports were normal.What further steps should i follow now cause i am constipated and I can't take laxatives cause then I get fissures cause of diarrhoea after having laxative

My mother always has UTI markers, intermittent joint pain, swelling/ water retention in case of normal salt intake (only rock salt in moderation suits her). She has multiple lipomas and hypertension since years. Her ESR, HsCRP, homocysteine are persistently very high. Please suggest next steps.

Hi, I have Pcos and I train at the gym and also do Pilates. But my weight doesn't go down. Even if does it stays the same on the scale. I have experienced rapid weight loss but it increases again. I manage my appetite and do physical activity. I am thinking about getting extra help just get the boast and reduce the right amount of weight. But I don't want to take GLP 1 for a longer period of time. I need advice if I do one month of it. Will it help me? If I continue with gym and Pilates?

I had left hypochondriac abd pain 3 weeks ago Got usg and blood tests done. It showed elevated Crp-20, ESR-40 and mild perisplenic fluid in usg report.I took levoflaxcin and pantoprazole for 1 week. Later the pain started at right hypochondriac region and also at lower abdomen . Then I got one ct abdomen and pelvis plain scan done. In that perihepatic and perisplenic fluid were seen. Then I got body checkup done in that dengue NS1 , hepatitis A were positive. Vit D -8 ui,TSH- 7.7. Later i consulted general physician, he told nothing to worry as these are acute viral infections and will go off on their own . No need for medications and prescribed vit d capsules.and asked to self manage about food. But even after several days my pain was not decreasing so I consulted Gastroenterologist and explained everything,he also said the same and prescribed cremadiet,gaviscon. He then told to monitor temperature daily AM and PM. Now I'm having indigestion, GE reflux, tiredness and low grade fever.

Hi. On Sunday i did not sleep at night and in the early morning at around 6 i ordered food from outside. Since then I've been feeling weak , nauseous and fever like chills but there is no fever. What should i do?
