Fatty liver disease with increase of sgpt and sgot in my blood also find trace in my stool test

I have had trouble going to the toilet over the last 2 weeks. When I do go it is a struggle and I bleed. I am in pain for hours after I go. I read that I wasn't getting enough fibre so I have been eating more in the last 2 days. I have been taking dulcoease for 2 days as well and it seems to have softened my stools but am still bleeding and in pain. I have bathed in warm water, drunk morr water and eaten more fruit and fibred foods. Any idea what it is and what more I can do?

Experiencing blood in stool ,which sometimes go away for like 20-25 days and then again reappears. Kindly suggest some solution as i am very much scared.

Hello Sir, I want to know the meaning of the following CT scan report - gall bladder is distended & shows mild diffuse wall thickening. Multiple iso dense filling defects are seen in the lumen suggestive of Calculi/sludge. No mass seen.(Intraluminal pigment and cholesterol calculi can only be excluded by USG examination)

On 23rd Oct. I checked my lft, I found that there is heavy increase in ggt levels, ast, alt ,albumin ratio etc..On 23rd Nov I rechecked my lft. I found that ggt lvels , albumin/globulin ratio, albumin decreased...bt there is increase in bilirubin. I used to drink a lot...but now I quit... What to do now?

Almost everyday I get headache and have trouble focusing on my work. I as well  don't feel hungry on that particular day. I'm not interested in anything and stay quite all day. I also get worried easily. On Few particular  days I feel hungry and feel pleasant after eating the food. I also have great concentration and can get my work done quickly on such days. Please suggest me a good doctor for this problem.

I'm having regular stool, but it just comes out with an oily substance which floats above the water. I'm 15 and it was just thanksgiving so I don't know if that has anything to do with it? I also oddly have a pinched sciatic nerve (I think) as of right now even though I'm way too young for it... I'm just worried as to what's going on with me. They might be completely separate. I'm mostly concnerned about the oil in my stool though. It just comes out with the normal stool. It's orangey yellow
