Sir on Friday i have too much gas problem dn i want to hospital doctor give me pantoprazole 400mg injection n pantoprazole medicine on next day i wake up and take the pantoprazole medicne few hours i fel weakness and headpain is its side-effect or smethng else and till now my head pain what should i do Please help

At first, the Radiologist tells us that he suspects chron's diseases, we went to a digestive system doctors, one said it's a benign tumor, the next one said it's Internal hemorrhoids...so we are very worried & confused :( I will attach some pictures of my medical analysis and a MRI...
