Stomach Problems & Remedies

At night, after having dinner i feel  pain in my upper middle(slightly left) abdomen. It usually goes on for 30-35 mins at max and exaggerates while I'm sitting for long periods. Usually a reddish spot also develops when I'm experiencing pain, and goes away as the pain recedes.

Old constipation.. fresh only one time in a week... My stomach just like a big balloon.. gas problem.. due to constipation.. pimple in my face

I will go bathroom after I woke up in the morning ,when I take tea or breakfast again i need to go bathroom ,I need to go more than 3 times in a day especially in the morning .Due to this I am not able to concentrate on my works,it’s really affecting my life

Since few years i have developed a habit of clearing bowels three to four times a day. It requires atleast 2 times in morning and also one time before dinner. If i dont go for it before dinner than i have to do it after eating as restlessness occurs. Tried many ayurvedic remedies( ex. trifla churna) but all in vain. Please find a cure for me...!!

I am having continuous constipation problem. I feel that my belly is filled with gas and is swollen like balloon. It get hard also.I consume alcohol regularly and I am a non vegetarian. I am taking laxative and Rabicid L. It has given me some relief.Please advice some medicine for long term relief.
