I am having a problem of bleeding during bowel and pain around the anus. I suppose it would be piles. Is there any medicine to cure piles with out operation.

I m 45yrs old female with a problem of gas and acidity. When I took span-D and Angirex 3 times a day everything Bacame OK. But the problem repeats after few months and if I take these medicines for few days then my problem is relieved. Are these medicines safe? Can I take them whenever this problem happens?

My sugar level fasting110 and after meal 140 2 hours so what is the problem its normal

Recently after having this pain, i went to diagnostic center and did all tests and in US of abdomen i had grade 2 fatty liver..after this i did not consulted any doctor and i still having slight burning like pain below my ribs...whom should i consult? What would be my pain belongs to? I use to drink moderately twice in a month. Is that a problem for that? Please suggest me a good doctor for this. I have attached US report here.
