Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have this problem from last 2 and half year, but I have taken care of my health, so there is no too much pain. But now I want to cure this problem. And also note I have not shown any doctor from last 2 years. Kindly advise what to do now.

Need to know best possible treatment for this and duration of treatment.Taking Nexpro 40 since last 25 days.....problems still persist.

I have eaten 3/4 days regular goat meat that why i have faced problem during passing stool and paining like burning in the area of passing stool i have eaten some of medicine such as isolex/lignocaine gel 2% but my pain didnot gone away please suggest me to get rid of it .

My digestive system become disbalance after malaria treatment last medicine taken 9.11.17 today i joint gym and  i take spinach juice before gym workout during workout vomiting happen and also in afternoon toilet comes with green color. So please advice me can I take spinach juice next coming days.

Hello doctor I have multiple gall bladder stones from one year of size ranging from 9mm to 1.2mm. It causes severe pain and vomiting to me. Is there any other solution than surgery

On Sunday morning after toilet activity 2-3cm big cyst appeared to left side of my anus. Its very painful and have very extreme burning sensation. However, there is no bleeding at all and also I don't have any problems in stool passing. I have consulted one of doctor and he gave me O2, Enzoflam Sv and Rekool L tablets and so far i have taken 3 doses. Please help me to understand what it could be?
