I have bleeding piles and I want to know if they can be treated without operation.

I have piles problem.. can I consultant with allopathy doctor for immediate resolution.hemopathy remidy ongoing but not helping.

I am suffering from piles for 2 years. In the starting stage those piles used to bleed but after sometime bleeding stopped. Now there is no bleeding but there are piles present inside and outside the anus. They are muscular type. Please suggest me permanent treatment for these piles so that i can get rid of them. They are itchy sometimes.

My symptoms are Loss of appetite Mucus some times No bowel movement Constipation I have been pain right side when I am hungry but now every time I went to gastro surgeon and had all my reports including usg ,segmoidoscopy and gastrscopy but reports are normal and but stool reports are showing high fiber food Dx was IBS Doctor wrote me some medicine Lipase amylase and protease And pantaprazole domeperidone And some Antibiotics

I have problem of gerd i have excessive salivation and nose blocking during sleep at night i have diagnosed with chronic gastritis ihave taking ppi and prokineic and anti anxiety and anti allegeric drugs but no response plesde suggest

Loose motion by outsaide any food releved by rifagut which medicine is best for recurrent infection

Facing digestive issues like dyspepsia,IBS acid reflux and stomach burning sensation. Is it ok to take luke warm water with lemon or with apple cider vinegar in the morning? Have this problem since 1 year. Decreased over time but again happening.

I have been severely constipated my whole life. I have pooped maybe 2 times in the last month. It's always been that bad but I've never had stools this large, and hard before. While trying to defecate, it was far too large and painful to come out on its own. I had then tried to manually remove it myself, which seems to have resulted in the stool almost turning sideways... what should I do? I cannot seem to get it out. It starts then as it's close to poking through it stops..

Early today i noticed blood in my stool probably around 11 am. Well come about 7:30 and I noetice it again. It is bright red and in the toilet not in the stool from what I can tell. No pain or anything. Around 10pm i use the restroom and there is red blood but no stool. Just want to know if I should head to the er or wait till the morning.

I had two piles a month ago size of almonds. Haven't been to doctor but got it diagnosed at home only . After a month now it's just one pile and very small but the pain is still constant and the skin around has started to burn at times. I am using pilex cream and tablets from past one month.
