  4. Rectal bleeding. Wait till the morning.

Early today i noticed blood in my stool probably around 11 am. Well come about 7:30 and I noetice it again. It is bright red and in the toilet not in the stool from what I can tell. No pain or anything. Around 10pm i use the restroom and there is red blood but no stool. Just want to know if I should head to the er or wait till the morning.

You seems to have Piles associated with bleeding, per rectal examination needs to be done by a Surgeon , no need to panic, avoid constipation.
