Fecal Impaction
I have been severely constipated my whole life. I have pooped maybe 2 times in the last month. It's always been that bad but I've never had stools this large, and hard before. While trying to defecate, it was far too large and painful to come out on its own. I had then tried to manually remove it myself, which seems to have resulted in the stool almost turning sideways... what should I do? I cannot seem to get it out. It starts then as it's close to poking through it stops..

You have totally altered bowel habits, may develop complications if not treated properly. Avoid constipation and should pass stools in every day or two.
