Piles from 2 years
I am suffering from piles for 2 years. In the starting stage those piles used to bleed but after sometime bleeding stopped. Now there is no bleeding but there are piles present inside and outside the anus. They are muscular type. Please suggest me permanent treatment for these piles so that i can get rid of them. They are itchy sometimes.

As you mentioned, pile is present inside and outside, if this is so, then you have to meet general surgeon to assess wether it's piles or sentinal tag. Any medication will not reduce the mass present outside but surgery is the only solution. If it's sentinal tag then it may be left alone
