Stomach Problems & Remedies

Intermittent squeezing pain on left upper abdomen. It's not a sharp pain but a dull one, comes for 2 seconds and then go away by itself. The pain goes away when I go to the toilet.

Having continuous mild pain in intestine (left side) since last few months. Have been taking triphala tablets regularly to avoid the possibility of constipation. However the mild pain continues. Please advise

Am 23 years old , since last six months I have pain in my centre of my chest area and some times left side like passing something in it and chest wall tightness . Hi. My LFT reads as below. From last 1.5 years I get stomach bloating and constipation periodically. One doctor diagnosed that it is IBS. But just want to know is it something related to lever problem. Total Proteins - 7.3 Albumin - 4.5 Globulin - 2.5 Total Bilirubin - 1.2 Direct Bilirubin - 0.9 Indirect Bilirubin - 0.3 SGOT - 38 SGPT- 47 ALP-154

I have recently gone for medical test of stool for some company. charcoat layden is detected in my stool sample and I have been asked to repeat stool sample. Can someone please tell me something about this and how can I avoid this problem so that I can pass medical test. Doctor has prescribed me few tablets like rantac, tiniba, niflox.
