Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am 60 year old male and I've been experiencing gastrointestinal problems for 6-7 years. Body intolerance for foods has reduced my diet to 3-4 food items, like curd, tomato, spinach, bread, other than which i cannot eat anything. Inspite of this super restricted diet, digestive system behaves abnormally. After every 2-3 days there is cramping, very uneasy feeling, weekness and diarrhea, seems like there is no end to this.

Can raw whey concentrate powder without enzymes in it, can it be digested easily and without consuming digestive enzymes I searched on the internet many gym trainers don't suggest raw protein concentrate beacuse of its digestive terms. I wanted to consume DAVISCO WHEY CONCENTRATE

June 2016 underwent ERCP and stent was planted in CBD after a week the gall bladder was removed by surgeon. erronously the stent could not be removed. after 2-3 months the patient was suffering with stomach pain,vomiting ,fever, jaundice and high acidity till oct 2017.consulted with doctors and after tests retained CBD stone with stent block cholengitis was found. new stent planted on 25 oct 17 and followed by laprscpic surgry 2 nov 17 for removal of stone. high acidity continues with pain.

About 5 bloody poops today and pressure/general discomfort in my stomach throughout the day. Painful to push bowel. Little bit of nausea.

I’ve been having really bad digestive issues over the past 3 months . I’ve become bloated pretty much everyday and constipated often. I am even bloated right now and it hurts super bad . I’m also constipated and experiencing shortness of breath. I need help . I want to know what can be causing this and how I can relieve of the symptoms.

Whenever i eat something i find it very difficult what i should do and what will be the treatment to cure compleately

Is baking soda good for that disease? is there a big chance to transform in cancer?
