Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello, i am a Telecom Engineer who works in shifts. During my night shifts i suffer from stomach bloating and excessive gas issues. Can you please further advise.

My brother has a catch/cramp in the upper right part below the chest. We administered Eno last night and a rantac, it was ok. After he tried puking, it seems he felt the air bubble move to another place, which made him feel comfortable and a little better. Again after 2 hours he felt the air bubble move again and has the same problem.pls advise.

I had my gallbladder removed in January. I am never able to keep foods in me and have a constant use of the bathroom. I feel like I might have IBS because I also experience pain in my abdomen constantly.

Please suggest some medicines for loss of appetite along with indigestion and gas in head.. thanks in advance.

My mom is suffering from loose motion time to time, I can say very frequently. She can't have any spice but sometimes having spicy food nothing happens. She has high BP as well. She is 56years old and she can't take any antibiotics or calcium supplements since has knee pain which leads to loose motion again. Kindly help her.
