I have stomach ache,vomiting since 1 day ..I am taking metrozyl 3times a day and spasmisol 2 times a day ..but not relieved ..plz tell me what medicine should I take????

Stop metrogyl, Take tab PAN D, two times a day, for 5 days Tab drotin 3 time a day for 2 days.
