Diarrhea non stop

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have diarrhea for three days. First day I had diarrhea with high body temperature and headache. Next day I took paracetamol and antibiotics. The fever have dissappear. After that, the diarrhea continued for two days till today and I have vomited once in the morning.
